Why can't I find a product I saw yesterday?

Once an item is out of stock, it no longer shows on my website. I'm sure you will find something similar here that you LOVE!


Do you restock items?

I do like to restock items if they are still in season, however, sometimes I cannot because the supplier is also out of stock.




How soon will my item ship?

I do my best to ship orders out the following business day.  There are times that I am at an event with my Boutique Truck or at Market and cannot ship items for a few days.  In that case, it may take 3 business days for you shipment to be in the mail, but I will ship it ASAP!


How and where are items shipped?

I ship through the USPS to the continental United States.


What if my item gets lost in the mail/does not arrive?

It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct shipping address on your order.  If you have given me the wrong address, I cannot refund your money or replace the item.

If you have entered it correctly and the package was lost in the mail, that is a different story.  I will put insurance on the shipment when I send it out.  If it is truly lost by the postal service, they will refund the money to me.  If I have another item like it in stock, I will send it to you.  If I do not, I will issue you a refund.


What if I need to return an item I ordered?

If you return the item in its original condition (tags still attached, unworn, no smoke smell, no dog hair, no damage, etc.) within 10 days of your purchase (with you paying the shipping), I will be happy to give you store credit.  If the item is returned to me in a condition that does not meet my "original condition" standard or arrives here after the 10 days, I will not be able to help you.
